The chef  typically shops at local Whole Foods or Wegman's supermarkets and will often take advantage of local bounty at farm markets. You can discuss with your chef where you want your ingredients sourced and the selection you prefer.

Where does the chef shop for ingredients?

There is no commitment to the weekly meal service. You can use it every other week, once a month or every quarter (that is a thing!).
All we ask is that you give your chef at least a week's notice if you need to change your schedule.

Do I have to book a cook day every week or can I skip some weeks?

That's up to you!
All you have to do is communicate with your chef as to how many portions you want. You can get up to 6 portions of each menu item and then there is a $40 portion fee.
