Your meals will be delivered on your scheduled cooking day in the evening. The chef will text you beforehand to give you an ETA. If no one is home, they will leave your food at your doorstep. Otherwise, they will knock and say hi!

With the info gathered from our call, your chef will
create a personalized menu proposal and send it to you via email for your approval.
You will work together with your chef to make sure your menu is just how you want it. You can request as many modifications as it takes it get there!

Complimentary Consultation
The Princeton Chef offers "family style" menus where you can mix and match the various dishes on your own.
We can prepare food that supports any type of need or lifestyle such as standard dinner fare, lunch items, grab and go breakfasts, kid friendly dishes and desserts.
The Princeton Chef works with medical and weight loss diets, lifestyle diets such as vegan and vegetarian and handles other specialty needs such as baby/toddler food & uncommon food allergies.

The chef typically shops at local Whole Foods or Wegman's supermarkets and will often take advantage of local bounty at farm markets. You can discuss with your chef where you want your ingredients sourced and the selection you prefer.
There is no commitment to the weekly meal service. You can use it every other week, once a month or every quarter (that is a thing!).
All we ask is that you give your chef at least a week's notice if you need to change your schedule.
That's up to you!
All you have to do is communicate with your chef as to how many portions you want. You can get up to 6 portions of each menu item and then there is a $40 portion fee.
