The Princeton Chef started in 2018 as an idea with a lot of hope behind it. The idea was, and still is, to provide customized, from-scratch meals to busy families and individuals with medical needs. Working on a shoe-string budget, I did what I could to get the word out and slowly but surely, my business gained traction and I ended up with a client base that I thought I could only dream of.
In the years since the beginning, I've worked with some amazing families and individuals who have touched my heart in more ways than I think they know. The one thing that sets my service apart from other meal providers is how close you end up becoming with your chef. Creating customized meals is an intimate experience because I know the people I cook for care about me as much as I care about them.
